Horseshoe Bend

John and I made a quick stop at the picturesque Horseshoe Bend during our day in Page, Arizona. The short but hot walk was worth the view even if only for a few minutes. We stood in amazement at the size of the canyon and sheer degree of bend in the river.

​We were quite jealous of the kayakers and boaters on the Colorado River and decided that's how we want to enjoy the canyon on our next visit to Horseshoe Bend and The Grand Canyon.
