 Adriano’s Bistro sits near the Dillion Reservoir just outside of Keystone, Colorado. Taylor and I stumbled upon this place while walking home from our friend's rental house. We were so glad that we found this gem tucked away in the mountain, but we did not expect the delicious four course meal that we were in for.
The meal started off with an appetizer, salad, soup, and freshly baked bread. For the main course, Taylor savored her breaded eggplant topped with marinara and mozzarella, and I devoured my beef medallions stuffed with pork and cheese. We couldn't resist a warm brownie and coffee for dessert to keep us out of the cold Colorado outdoors.
