 During our incredible “Spring Breck”,we had the chance to grab breakfast at a local favorite, the Blue Moose Café. The pancakes here are are as big as your face and as fluffy as a cake.
John got the “Mintrum Loop” breakfast that came with pancakes, two eggs, and a choice of bacon or sausage links. I had a couple of chocolate chip pancakes with a nice cup of coffee. It was a great place for us to grab a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. We give the Blue Moose Cafe a 5 star rating!
