On our way out of Arlington, Virginia, we stopped by Brooklyn Bagel Bakery and grabbed a bite for the road. I had my typical salt bagel with plain cream cheese, while John had a "NY Lox" with salmon, capers, and red onions on an everything bagel.
My bagel was the softest and chewiest bagel I've had since the last time my family and I went to New York. It was a fantastic breakfast to last us through the morning of our drive home.
