Cowboy's Buffet and Steak Room

Taylor and I were saved by our meals before entering Bryce Canyon National Park for an overnight venture. Cowboy's is nestled in the historic Ruby's Inn with the town's all-inclusive general store.

I had the eight ounce flat iron steak while Taylor nursed an uneasy stomach with a chicken caesar wrap. Both were better than expected for a spur-of-the-moment meals, but the steak was definitely the most delicious item.
