Urban Stack in Chattanooga, TN, builds a burger that won’t disappoint. The restaurant looked, at first, to be a step above what Taylor and I had dressed for, but we quickly realized a casual, relaxing atmosphere inside.
The burgers that would follow were large, juicy, and cooked exactly as we’d requested. Taylor's burger with pimento cheese and bacon was a hit, and my dressed "Strauss Burger" was exactly what I expected. It was a deliciously thick turkey burger with avocado, blue cheese, and a handful of other toppings. After a few local brews to help wash it down, we left with nothing but smiles and fully bellies.
